Good game, although controlling gets fucky when up is jump, but I think I was just getting used to it towards the end. Fun game, too short, love the music

Took a shower with this running, came back to "out of memory", but the update says that's fixed, so that's good! From what I played before the crash I really enjoyed it. It's creepy, and I love shit that revolves around specific lore. My only criticism would be that it can get a bit wordy with some long texts, but that's a personal thing, objectively it's fine because the story it tells is totally worth it. Gonna wait a bit, then replay it all the way through
Thank you very much!!
You're right about the texts: they're a bit lenghty. They were even longer before, and I pruned them because I thought that was too much... hope their current lenght hasn't hampered the playing experience too much!
Fun! Always love your aesthetic
thanks Towny! The colors will test your monitor to the extreme, they are maxed out RGB colors (255,0,0), so they really pop. But they work best with black outlines or a black background.
Fantastic game, needs more levels!
I will try to add some soon, with a couple new powers to spice things up
I was just telling my friend today about how you should add more to handulum. How uncanny! The game is great, glad to see you following through on some older projects
<3
please dont get used to it :P
Fun game, but could be a bit longer. The puzzles were nice.
One flaw though, the axe eclipses the water hitbox, so filling the flask becomes confusing for people who don't know that there's water behind it.
This is a really great game, and I love the addition of different stats with different cars, it adds replay value since most of the fun and challenge comes from the learning curve in mastering control
Edit: I've found a bug, well really an exploit. When you pause, you lose all momentum and have the ability to control which way your car will face when you unpause. For instance, if I were careening towards an edge head-on I could just pause, hit right twice, and unpause to instantly start driving in the opposite direction with no consequence. Also it seems that other cars still move while you're paused, so they can still hit you
Edit 2: There's another bug where if you go out of bounds right after crossing the finish line of a level, the game will lock you in a loop of crashing out of bounds next time you go back to that level. Refreshing the page will fix this, though
thanks! did not know that you could turn while pausing..
Not too impressed, I mean there just isn't much to do but walk and jump, which isn't even challenging because there's no momentum.
Graphics are cohesive. I like the dither shading (is that the right term?)
Also, no sound?
I liked what you were doing with the scrolls, trying to tell a story as you progress, but without any real challenge to keep the player stimulated it fails to stand on it's own.
I dunno why the sound isn't working for you, you're not the first person to report that. What browser are you using?
Really neat and fun puzzles that are rewarding when you figure them out. With some cool Vsauce soundin ass music to set the mood. My biggest problem with the game though, is the hints. They sort of ruin the challenge, which is the whole point of a puzzle.
Slight conveyance issue at level 15, the screen flashing like that is usually a sign of the level resetting, so I thought I wasn't making any progress at all. Eventually I just used the hint, which of course made it super obvious. The point is, I never had the thought to break down the numbers I was clicking because I was certain that no matter what I clicked, it reset the level.
Level 25 was my favorite concept, but was way too easy the way it's implemented. All the colors required the sliders to be all the way left or all the way right. It would have been fun to use more precision in selecting how much RG or B to blend by requiring more complex colors.
Anyway, overall it's a great game, but would like to see more complexity and less hints in the future
This was fun, even with the few that I didn't recognize, I could still use context clues to try to figure it out. Cheers from the audio portal
